1. About the agreement These terms apply to purchases of CallKin wristbands made through this online store. The seller is CallKin (Martin Gigstad), a sole proprietorship (enkeltpersonforetak) registered in the Norwegian Central Coordinating Register for Legal Entities (Enhetsregisteret) with organization number 938 201 935.

2. Prices All prices are listed in Norwegian kroner (NOK).

3. Payment Payment is made at checkout via Shopify's payment solution.

4. Delivery See our separate shipping policy for delivery time and area. This online store currently ships to Norwegian addresses only.

5. Right of withdrawal As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases made in this online store, under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven). The withdrawal period runs from the day you receive the goods, and gives you the right to cancel the purchase without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact support@callkin.co within the deadline, or use the standardised withdrawal form. You can find the form in our Return & Refund policy, and it is also included with your order confirmation. If you withdraw, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Note that this is a separate, statutory right, in addition to (and independent of) the 30-day return policy we offer — see the Return & Refund policy for details on your statutory defect-liability rights (reklamasjonsrett).

7. Liability CallKin is not an emergency service or a monitored safety service. In any situation involving immediate danger, always call your local emergency number first.

8. Disputes Any disputes will first be sought resolved amicably. Consumers may bring a complaint to the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) / Consumer Disputes Commission (Forbrukerklageutvalget).
