Can I order the band now?

Not quite yet. Our first batch is on its way and clearing customs. Leave your email and we'll let you know as soon as ordering is open.

What's stored on the band itself?

Nothing personal. The band holds only a secure, unique link to the CallKin platform, not a name, phone number, or any other information. Your contact details live safely in your CallKin account, not on the chip itself.

Is the band waterproof?

Yes. The band is rated IP68, meaning it's safe for swimming, rain, and handwashing.

Will the band fit a child's wrist?

The band is adjustable and fits most wrist sizes, including most children's. Since CallKin's primary audience is parents of young children, we recommend checking the fit once the band arrives.

How do emergency contact info and Lost Mode work?

See the full explanation at callkin.co/how-it-works. In short: you create a free account, add your child's emergency contact info, and link the band to their profile with one tap of your phone. Lost Mode is a toggle in the dashboard that shows an extra alert to whoever scans the band.
